Check In / Check Out
Brier Island Lodge
Check-in time is anytime after 2:00pm. Please contact us if you will be arriving after 10:00pm.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
Whale Watching Tours
Please check-in at the front desk of your scheduled whale watching tour company least 1 hour prior to your scheduled departure.
Cancellation Policy
Room reservation cancellations require 48 hours notice prior to arrival. A first night’s fee will be collected if cancellation occurs in less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Payment Terms
We accept cash, debit, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.
We require a 50% deposit for non-credit card reservations.
Pet Policy
We do accept pets in select rooms however we ask that they are supervised, kept on-leash, and under control at all times. Please be aware that we have free-roaming animals of our own on the property including, sheep, chickens, rabbits, and cat.
If your pet does not get along with other animals or loves to chase little critters/birds we ask that you not bring them for the safety and happiness of both our pets and yours.
Wifi
Free wireless internet is available to registered guests during your stay.
Our internet comes through a radio system from the mainland and therefore is affected by external conditions such as weather and number of users. We do not guarantee internet service but will do our best to provide our guests with connectivity.
Televisions
Only our Brier suites and Apartments have televisions, There is a large high-definition television in the lounge area for guests' viewing pleasure connected to Satellite TV for watching sporting events, or news.
Telephones
There are no telephones in the guest rooms, however we do have a guest courtesy phone in the lounge.
Cellular mobility service is available on the Eastern side of Brier Island including Brier Island Lodge. Most major Canadian mobility providers provide 3G coverage.
